LOT INFORMATION

• Motorhome/Trailer must meet the minimum 26" length requirement for all Lots
• Full Hook-ups
• Maximum of 2 animals
• Maximum of 6 guests
• Property does not include a BBQ

CODE OF CONDUCT: Renters and their guests are welcome to enjoy the quiet peaceful beauty of the Big Bear Shores RV Resort and are expected to show the same respect as owners of this Resort. Conduct at any time that is loud, boisterous, or rowdy and is disturbing the peace and enjoyment of others is not acceptable.

GOLF CART: You must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.

SPEED LIMIT: There is a strict 5 MPH speed limit within the resort. This includes all motorized vehicles, golf carts and any other manner of conveyance including bicycles, etc

PINK TAGS: Please display your pink renter tag(s) in your RV so it is visible from the street.

• If you have a tow vehicle, the tag should be displayed on the rearview mirror.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF VISITORS & VEHICLES:

• Only one RV is allowed on your rented lot with a maximum of six (6) overnight guests. 

• No outdoor sleeping is allowed.

GATE CARDS: 

• Your gate card allows you automatic entry into the resort.

• The card must be returned to the office upon your departure. If the office is closed, you may leave the card in the drop box just outside the rental office door.

• Gate card keys not returned upon departure will result in you being charged a $100 replacement fee.

   

PARKING: 

• There is no parking allowed on the streets, gravel areas or boat ramp.

• RV’s, trailers, boats, extra vehicles, etc. must be parked at your reserved lot.

• Open (unassigned) parking spaces may be used as temporary parking of vehicles (excluding RV’s, trailers & boats) for a period not to exceed 24 hours.

• Vehicles parked in these areas for more than 24 hours are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

• Any trailer and/or boat that cannot fit on the reserved lot or additional vehicle that exceeds the temporary parking period must park outside of the resort.

• Charging of Electric Vehicles on the lot is strictly prohibited.

   

GUESTS: 

• Renters guests must be accompanied by the renter at all times.

• Renters guests are NOT permitted to use the facilities at any time. This includes the swimming pool, spa(s), showers, laundry facility, etc.

POOL: 

• The pool closes at 10:00 pm and is available to reservation renters and owners only.

• Renters may only use the pool and spa located next to the clubhouse.

• Glass bottles, Rafts and pool toys are not permitted.

• Anyone under the age of 18 using the swimming pool/spa, must be accompanied by a person(s) above the age of 18.

• Wading pools are not permitted on lots. Pool Code: C8652

   

ACTIVITIES: 

• Parents/guardians are responsible for the minors’ safety and behavior.

• Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian over the age of 18 in the resort at all times.

• All activity must remain on your reserved lot. Trespassing on other lots is prohibited.

TRASH: 

• Must be placed in plastic bags (tall kitchen trash bags ONLY), placed at the curb, and will be picked up every day at 12:30pm & 5:00pm.

• Please do not place trash outside after last pick up schedule.

SMOKING: 

• Smoking is allowed within your rental site only.

• There is no smoking allowed in any common area such as the pool, spas, restrooms or the laundry facility.

QUIET TIME: Between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. NO EXCEPTIONS

HELMETS: 

• Helmets are required for those under the age of 16 while riding bicycles, scooters, etc. and can only be ridden on paved roads and walks.

• Skateboards, rollerblades, or roller-skates are NOT ALLOWED - NO EXCEPTIONS.

RESTRICTIONS:

• Wood burning fire pits and charcoal BBQ`s are NOT allowed.

• Free standing screen rooms, EZ-ups and tents are NOT allowed.

• Free standing satellites are not permitted unless attached to your RV.

• Non-commercial Drones are NOT allowed.

   

ANIMALS:

• 2 Animals per lot.

• Animals must be walked in the street and are not permitted on the common or private areas.

• Animals must be on a leash at all times while outside and must use the rest area outside of the resort.

• Any “accidents” must be cleaned up immediately.

• Animals are not to be left unattended and must be kept inside your RV at night.

• Barking or any other disturbances is not permitted.

• You are required to keep your rental site clear of animal waste during your visit and upon your departure.

• There will be a $50.00 fee for any animal waste clean-up performed by staff.

   

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

• Check-In time is between 2:00 pm-5:00 pm daily.

• Please notify the office if you are arriving after 5:00 pm.

• Please, no arrivals after dusk or before 2:00 pm.

• Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

• Additional $150.00 per hour past check-out time
